Mission control
for your fleet
From dispatch to delivery to invoice — ArrowX runs the whole operation. A full TMS with FMCSA-compliant ELD, AI dash cams, GPS and door sensors, working as one.
One platform, load to invoice
Most fleets run a TMS, an ELD, cameras, trackers and spreadsheets that don't talk to each other. ArrowX runs the whole operation as one system.
Dispatch without the spreadsheets
Build loads, assign drivers and watch every shipment move in real time. Rate cons, BOLs and PODs live on the load — so the day the freight delivers, the invoice is ready.
- Load board, dispatch and driver assignment in minutes
- Documents attached to every load — rate con to POD
- Invoice the day of delivery, not weeks later
Compliance that runs itself
Driving time records itself and HOS rules apply in real time. Drivers see exactly what they have left; dispatch sees who's running out — before it becomes a violation at roadside.
- FMCSA-compliant electronic logging
- Real-time HOS countdowns & predictive alerts
- Electronic DVIRs and one-tap inspection mode
Track the truck — and what's inside it
Second-by-second GPS with geofences and trustworthy ETAs, plus door sensors that tie every open and close to a time and a place. If a trailer door opens where it shouldn't, you know instantly.
- Live map, breadcrumb history & geofence alerts
- Door open/close events tied to location
- Cargo theft alerts for off-route door activity
Video that protects drivers and the business
Dual-facing HD cameras detect distraction, tailgating and harsh events as they happen. When something goes wrong, you hold the footage that proves what actually happened.
- AI detection of risky driving behaviors
- Instant incident clips for exoneration
- Coaching workflows & driver scorecards

Reports & analytics
Fuel, utilization, safety, compliance and revenue per load — exportable, schedulable, audit-ready.

Run safer.
Spend less.
Sleep better.
ArrowX isn't another gadget on the dash — it's how the whole operation gets managed.

Common questions
Does ArrowX include a TMS? +
Yes — load management, dispatch, driver assignment and document handling are built in. You don't need a separate TMS, and dispatch always sees real-time hours and locations.
Is ArrowX FMCSA-compliant? +
Yes. The ArrowX ELD meets FMCSA technical specifications for electronic logging devices and supports the required methods of roadside inspection data transfer.
What happens during a roadside inspection? +
Drivers tap Inspection Mode in the ArrowX app to display their logs to an officer, and can transfer records electronically as required by FMCSA — no paper logbooks, no scrambling.
How do the door sensors work? +
A wireless sensor mounts on the trailer door and reports every open and close with a GPS location and timestamp. Openings outside authorized geofences trigger instant alerts, so cargo theft is caught the moment it starts.
How long does installation take? +
The ELD plugs into your vehicle's diagnostic port, cameras mount on the windshield, and door sensors attach to the trailer — most vehicles are up and running in under an hour, no professional installer required.
What does it cost? +
Pricing depends on your fleet size and which modules you need. Request a demo and we'll put together a quote for your fleet — most customers find ArrowX costs less than the separate systems it replaces.
