ArrowX recognizes and truly believes your privacy and the privacy of all of our users is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the websites, mobile applications, products, hardware, tools, and services (collectively the "System") offered by ArrowX Inc. ("ArrowX") and all of our subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Our Services require you to register for an account or provide select personal information to us in order to provide our full range of Services and offer you a great experience.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Information You Provide: We may ask for your personal and company information such as name, email address, phone number, Commercial Driving License ("CDL") number, photos/images, address, company name, company address, company DOT number, and more.
• Cookies: When you visit our website, we may store a small file of characters that identifies your browser. We use this to better serve you and improve the quality of our System.
• User Communications: When you send an email or other data to ArrowX, we may retain those communications in order to provide you with our products and services.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including (but not limited to):

• The type of mobile device you use
• Your mobile device's unique ID
• IP address
• Mobile operating system
• Mobile internet browser type
• Usage patterns within the Application

Location Data

When you use the ArrowX ELD App, we may use GPS technology (or similar technology) to determine your current location to provide services such as route tracking and HOS compliance. This location data is necessary for the proper functioning of the App and the ELD hardware. We will not share your location information with third parties without your consent.

Information Sharing

ArrowX only shares personal information with third parties under the following limited circumstances:

• With Your Consent: We require opt-in consent for sharing any sensitive personal information.
• Telephone Information Protection: ArrowX does not share telephone numbers or consent with any third parties for marketing purposes,
• With Affiliates and Trusted Partners: We may share data with our subsidiaries or trusted service providers for the purpose of processing it on our behalf, under strict confidentiality agreements.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if we have a good faith belief it is necessary to:
  • Comply with applicable laws or legal requests
  • Enforce our Terms of Service
  • Detect or prevent fraud, security issues, or technical problems
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of ArrowX, its users, or the public
• Business Transfers: If ArrowX is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Non-Personal Information: We may share aggregated, non-identifiable information publicly or with partners to illustrate trends.

Data Retention Policy

• User-Provided Data: Retained as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time afterward.
• Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 36 months, after which it may be stored in aggregate form.

To request deletion of your data, email us at privacy@arrowx.ai. Please note, some data may be required for the App or hardware to function properly.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy. "Processing" includes using cookies or similar technologies, storing, deleting, using, and sharing information—all of which may take place in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under its privacy standards.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by posting them on our website or through the App. Your continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Children's Privacy

ArrowX does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If we discover such information has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us at privacy@arrowx.ai to request removal.
