Welcome to ArrowX! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ArrowX hardware devices and the ArrowX ELD mobile application ("App"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

ArrowX provides a fleet management platform that includes Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) compliant with FMCSA regulations, transportation management (TMS) capabilities, GPS tracking devices, AI-enabled dash cameras, door sensors, and IFTA mileage reporting. Our hardware is designed to collect and transmit vehicle and cargo data, which can be accessed and managed through the ArrowX ELD App and web dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to operate a commercial vehicle or manage fleet compliance to use ArrowX products and services.

3. Products and Services

Hardware Devices: ArrowX sells hardware devices — including ELDs, GPS trackers, AI dash cameras, and door sensors — that connect to your vehicle or trailer to record engine data, driving time, location, video, cargo-door events, and other compliance and operational information.

Mobile App and Web Dashboard: The ArrowX ELD App and web dashboard provide a digital interface for drivers and fleet operators to view logs, manage HOS (Hours of Service), dispatch and track loads, review safety events, and transmit records to authorized personnel.

The App is available only to customers who have purchased and registered an ArrowX hardware device.

4. Data Collection and Use

ArrowX collects data from the ELD hardware and App to ensure compliance with federal regulations and to improve our services. By using ArrowX products, you consent to our collection and use of this data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

• Ensure that the ArrowX device is properly installed and connected.
• Use the ArrowX ELD App in accordance with FMCSA rules and all applicable laws.
• Maintain the accuracy of your records and immediately report any issues or malfunctions.

6. Software Licensing

The ArrowX ELD App is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ArrowX grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in connection with your registered ArrowX hardware.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App or firmware.
• Resell, lease, or share access to ArrowX services without permission.
• Use the App or hardware for any unlawful or non-compliant purpose.

8. Subscription and Fees

Access to some App features may require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

9. Termination

ArrowX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App or services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and may lose access to stored data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ArrowX provides its products and services "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ArrowX does not guarantee that its services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArrowX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications to Terms

ArrowX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the hardware or App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
